Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Director of Strategic Learning Partnerships. Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber sales leader to serve as the Director of Strategic Learning Partnerships. This is a pivotal role designed to take over and scale the B2B growth engine currently managed by Director of AI Learning & Enablement. This is not a traditional high-volume sales role - it is a sophisticated, consultative position requiring a rare blend of 15-20 years of B2B sales experience and a deep background in continuing education and technical learning ecosystems. You will be the face of an AI Learning Lab, engaging in high-level diagnostic conversations with leaders across six distinct professional ecosystems to align their organizational needs with our AI-first learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Partnership Development: Lead high-level sales conversations with B2B customers, moving them from initial interest to qualified partnership
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and engage the "right" decision-makers within target organizations; You aren't just following leads-you're finding them
  • Strategic Diagnosis: Conduct deep-dive "discovery" calls to diagnose the specific needs of various professional ecosystems and map them to our AI Learning Lab offerings
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with marketing analysts and internal sales reps across the organization and Empower brands to identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize the B2B sales funnel
  • Sales-to-Learning Translation: Act as a bridge between client needs and the Director of AI Learning, ensuring our educational products stay aligned with market demand

Requirements

  • Experience: 15-20 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally having held titles such as Regional Director or VP of Sales
  • Domain Expertise: A strong background in continuing education, professional learning, or technical training; Experience with AI-first learning environments is a significant advantage
  • The "Hunter-Consultant" Blend: You are as comfortable building a cold-outreach strategy as you are conducting a nuanced, 1-hour diagnostic consultation with a C-suite executive
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to work effectively with data and marketing analysts to refine targeting strategies across diverse professional sectors
  • Entrepreneurial Initiative: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by a "base + commission" structure that rewards high-impact results
  • Communication: Exceptional presence and "executive-level" communication skills; You can command a room (or a Zoom) and build instant credibility

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
